《三国志II》是1989年光荣公司所制作的历史模拟游戏，属于三国志系列游戏中的第二作。本作仍旧延续前作，参照中国文学名著《三国演义》为基础来设计游戏内容，并加入了若干的新游戏元素。游戏的背景音乐由向谷实作曲。
本作延续前作，仍采用《三国演义》的小说内容来设定人物，玩家担当的角色是君主，透过内政、军事、外交、计略等指令指挥属下武将，最终目标是统一分割为41国的中国全土。游戏依照对应的机种型号不同，可同时控制4、8、12名君主，然而，仍有部分君主作为非玩家角色，于剧本初期设定时不能选择。
