猫熊1996年出品的大富翁遊戲，大致和一代差不多，但畫面較精緻，且分成了大富翁模式和探險模式兩種，前者主要目標在擊敗對手，後者主要目標在拿到寶藏。 遊戲一開始必須選擇自己的封號，然後依照封號對所購買的土地進行耕種、採礦或建築，以求該封號的陞級。 升級後，在法術、道具及裝備的攜帶量都會新增。 而當任何一方金錢用盡時，無論有多少土地、貨品或建物，均算失敗。 對於探險模式而言，必須攜帶足够的裝備進到內圈取得寶藏才算獲勝。
