Beneath a Steel Sky est un jeu d'aventure point-and-click cyberpunk de science-fiction de 1994, développé par le studio britannique Revolution Software et publié par Virgin Interactive Entertainment pour les ordinateurs familiaux MS-DOS et Amiga. Situé dans un futur dystopique, le joueur incarne Robert Foster, abandonné enfant dans une terre désolée connue sous le nom de "the Gap" et adopté par un groupe d'Aborigènes locaux, s'adaptant progressivement à sa vie dans les terres sauvages. Après de nombreuses années, des agents de sécurité armés arrivent, tuent les habitants et ramènent Robert à Union City. Il s'échappe et découvre bientôt la corruption qui se trouve au coeur de la société.
