The human beings on Earth were divided into two major groups, the "Lowell Empire" and the "Continental Confederation". In star date 201, human beings discovered that there are planets suitable for human habitation except for the absence of oxygen in the Heumann galaxy 4,700 light-years away from the earth. Therefore, the two major groups have launched their own plans to immigrate to alien planets, and believe that this plan will be the key to determining the survival of the two camps.
