Jeu de simulation impériale produit par Quanwei en 1996, il a pour objectif principal de faire vivre au joueur la vie d'un empereur, puis d'évaluer cet empereur après sa mort. Le déroulement du jeu comprend les affaires gouvernementales, les affaires militaires, le harem et d'autres situations auxquelles un empereur est souvent confronté.
Le jeu lui-même ressemble beaucoup à un jeu de stratégie classique, sauf que son but n'est pas d'éliminer des pays et d'unifier le monde, mais de jouer la vie d'un empereur.
