Hexen: Beyond Heretic es un videojuego de disparos en primera persona de fantasía desarrollado por Raven Software y publicado por id Software a través de GT Interactive Software el 30 de octubre de 1995. Es la secuela de Heretic, de 1994, y el segundo juego de la trilogía "Serpent Riders" de Raven Software, que culminó con Hexen II. El título procede del sustantivo alemán Hexen, que significa "brujas", y/o del verbo hexen, que significa "lanzar un hechizo". El productor del juego, John Romero, declaró que un tercer juego no lanzado de esta serie iba a llamarse Hecatomb.
