"Three Kingdoms Heroes" ist ein eigenständiges Spiel, das Rollenspiel, historische Simulation und Kriegsspiel vermischt und von der japanischen Firma KOEI entwickelt wurde. Es erschien 1995.
Die Geschichte des Spiels ist recht eng mit der Originalvorlage "Three Kingdoms" verbunden; sie beseitigt das mühsame Training und Farmen und bietet 64 Arten von Gegenständen sowie mehr als 30 Strategietypen, sodass Spieler auf dem Schlachtfeld besonders lebhaft kämpfen können. Bei Soundeffekten und Musik ist es für ein Spiel mit geringem Umfang ebenfalls sehr gut. In der Bedienung unterstützt es die Maus vollständig, was einfach und leicht zu handhaben ist.
