The Legend of Heroes II: Prophecy of the Moonlight Witch es un videojuego de rol de 1994 desarrollado por Nihon Falcom. Es el tercer juego de la serie The Legend of Heroes y el primero de la Trilogía Gagharv, aunque fue retitulado para incluir un “dos” en el título en su lanzamiento norteamericano.
La historia tiene lugar en el continente de Tirasweel, en el lado de Kakabu. En el año 992 del calendario de Kakabul, dos jóvenes, Julio y Chris, de la aldea de Ragpic, emprenden un viaje por el continente de Tirassillu como ceremonia de mayoría de edad.
Durante el viaje, visitarán cinco caminos de verano situados en distintos lugares y obtendrán iluminación al mirar los espejos mágicos que se encuentran allí. Durante el recorrido, escuchan muchas historias sobre las hazañas de una mujer de cabello blanco veinte años antes, y poco a poco se ven implicados en una conspiración relacionada con el destino del mundo.
