The Legend of Heroes II: Prophecy of the Moonlight Witch est un jeu vidéo de rôle de 1994 développé par Nihon Falcom. C'est le troisième jeu de la série The Legend of Heroes et le premier de la trilogie Gagharv, mais il a été renommé pour inclure un « deux » dans le titre lors de sa sortie nord-américaine.
L'histoire se déroule sur le continent de Tirasweel, du côté de Kakabu. En l'an 992 du calendrier Kakabul, deux jeunes gens, Julio et Chris, originaires du village de Ragpic, se lancent dans un tour du continent de Tirassillu comme cérémonie de passage à l'âge adulte.
Au cours du voyage, ils visiteront cinq routes d'été situées en différents endroits et acquerront l'illumination en regardant les miroirs magiques qui s'y trouvent. Pendant le voyage, ils entendent beaucoup parler des exploits d'une femme aux cheveux blancs vingt ans auparavant, et se retrouvent progressivement impliqués dans une conspiration liée au destin du monde.
