Theme Hospital est un jeu de simulation d'entreprise développé par Bullfrog Productions et publié par Electronic Arts en 1997 pour les PC compatibles MS-DOS et Microsoft Windows, dans lequel les joueurs conçoivent et exploitent un hôpital privé dans le but de guérir des patients atteints de maladies fictives et comiques. Le jeu est le successeur thématique de Theme Park, également produit par Bullfrog, le deuxième volet de leur série Theme et une partie de leur Designer Series. Le jeu est connu pour son humour et contient de nombreuses références à la culture populaire.
