Theme Hospital es un juego de simulación empresarial desarrollado por Bullfrog Productions y publicado por Electronic Arts en 1997 para PC compatibles con MS-DOS y Microsoft Windows, en el que los jugadores diseñan y operan un hospital de propiedad privada con el objetivo de curar a pacientes de enfermedades ficticias y cómicas. El juego es el sucesor temático de Theme Park, también producido por Bullfrog, y la segunda entrega de su serie Theme, además de formar parte de su Designer Series. El juego destaca por su humor y contiene numerosas referencias a la cultura pop.
