德军总部3D是以当初Muse Software1981年的《德军总部》而得来的概念。
《德军总部3D》叙说了主角美军士兵B·J·布拉柯威兹逃离德军总部监狱城堡的故事。在逃离过程中，他经历了无数的坎坷路程和与无数的德军对战，但其中也有许多可以帮助他的武器和宝物。
