「コンストラクター」は1997年のビデオゲームです。
ゲーム内ではユーモラスな要素が満載で、プレイヤーはいくつかの不動産に分かれたマップで建設会社を操作し、他のチームと競い合って勝利を目指します。
プレイヤーは建設会社を管理し、他のプレイヤーを倒産させることを目指します。労働者や監督のチームを使って、建材を製造する施設（製材所、コンクリート工場など）を建設し、簡素な木造キャビンから大きなマンションまでの家を建て、住民を住まわせて家賃を得て会社の資金を得るほか、新しい労働者や住民、その他のキャラクターを生み出します。その過程で、敵を妨害するためにギャングやヒッピーなどの望ましくない住民のための家を建てることもできます。
