「ジャギッドアライアンス」は、1995年にMS-DOS用にリリースされた戦術ロールプレイングゲームです。Madlab Softwareが開発し、Sir-Techが出版しました。これは「ジャギッドアライアンス」シリーズの最初のゲームです。
「ジャギッドアライアンス」は、架空の南大西洋の島メタビラで行われます。この島は、かつての核実験場です。核実験によって島の一部の木々が変異し、数年後、科学者ブレンダ・リチャーズが、その木々、いわゆるファロウの木が医療の驚異とされる独特の樹液を生成することを発見しました。しかし、ブレンダはまた、その木々が再生産できないことも発見しました。
彼女の助手ルーカス・サンティーノは、この樹液が非常に利益をもたらすことを認識しました。彼は科学ミッションのリーダーであるジャック・リチャーズを説得し、二つの独立した科学チームを持つことが有益であると考えさせました。その結果、サンティーノは島の反対側に新しい基地を設立しました。彼はすぐに新しい人々を募集し、徐々に島を武力で制圧していきました。
