「スタートレック：ディープ・スペース・ナイン ハービンジャー」は、テレビシリーズ「スター・トレック：ディープ・スペース・ナイン」に基づいたビデオゲームです。
プレイヤーキャラクターのエンボイ・バニックは、新たに発見された種族への特別任務を帯びています。ワームホールを通過する帰路、バニックは何らかのエイリアン・ドローンに襲撃され、ディープ・スペース・ナインからの援助にもかかわらず、緊急接近中にドッキングリングに衝突してしまいます。
バニックがステーションに到着すると、 plasma storm の影響で、ほとんどの人員が退避しており、シニアスタッフだけが残っていることに気づきます。ディファイアントは行方不明で避難任務中であり、ステーションには二隻のランナバウトと、バニックが交渉していたエイリアン種族の大使船が停泊しています。
到着早々、ディープ・スペース・ナインは、ランナバウトを攻撃したのと同じ敵に襲われます。敵を撃退した後、バニックは大使に連絡を試みますが、彼が殺されていることを発見します。
殺人事件を解決し、新しいエイリアンがどのようにして攻撃してくるドローンについて知っているのかを突き止めたバニックとキラ大尉は、ディープ・スペース・ナインを破壊し、バジョーを襲う最終攻撃を阻止するため、ドローン工場の本星への攻撃を開始します。
