《毀滅戰士II: 人間地獄》是由id Software開發的一款第一人稱射擊遊戲。1994年發布的最初版本是針對IBM生產的PC的。而它的前作《毀滅戰士》於1993年發行後便成為一款廣受好評的遊戲。1995年，《毀滅戰士II》獲得了Origins Awards頒發的"1994年最佳幻想或科幻遊戲獎"。
《毀滅戰士II》的故事緊接著前作展開，玩家扮演的戰士於前作中在火衛一進行了殊死搏鬥，並且摧毀了火衛二和整個地獄後回到地球，發現自己淪為了外星人侵略的受害者。本作中玩家被再次帶到了一個無名的火星空間內（該處在《毀滅戰士》小說內被稱為「Flynn Taggart」），並再次需要殺出血路逃離這個地獄。
