《潛艇大戰 2 ：FINALTY》是 Bio 100 % 於 1995 年 2 月 20 日發表的 PC-98 免費射擊續作。本作捨棄前作的縱向深水炸彈玩法，改為 五關橫向捲軸 STG：玩家駕駛戰鬥機 FINALTY 自戰艦 Yamaboku 出擊，在層層星穴與宇宙母艦間穿梭，利用散射飛彈與蓄力光束互換火力，並可引爆畫面清除技。拿取道具的同時敵方等級也會同步提升，二周目起節奏急劇上升，直到 BOSS 瞬移脫離。流暢的 60 Hz 硬捲動效果在標準 PC-98 上極為少見，加上 fin／NEW 操刀的 FM‧MIDI 配樂，令本作奠定同人射擊經典地位；2008 年官方還推出管弦重編曲。原版僅一張 FDI 影像，於 Comic Market 免費散布，稍後移植 DOS/V 版。
