一款大富翁遊戲，以三國人物為主，共分為天下大亂、群雄割據、三國鼎立等三個時期，玩家可以任挑各時期內定四個人物中的1～4人。 遊戲的主要規則為沒有武將保護時中伏，或金錢用光又無武將可變賣時為輸，囙此武將成為本遊戲中最重要的資產。 武將的來源除了一些突發事件或使用計策獲得外，最主要的便是購入，而購入的金錢來源除了繞一圈固定發放的金錢外，也和佔領的城池有關。 當踏上別人的城池時，可選擇繳交過路費，亦可指派武將强加佔領，但是否能佔領則要靠武將個人的能力。 總之，這款遊戲勝負的主要因素，幾乎都在武將的多寡，要是運氣背些，遇到如單騎突圍或過五關斬六將等一次損失多位武將的事件，幾乎可說即將敗定，和一般的大富翁遊戲有些差异。
