鐵血十字軍2：絕不後悔劇情緊接一代，遊戲引擎和前作完全相同。 不過這次我們的英雄將能使用更多的武器，面對更多兇暴的敵人，挑戰更高難度的關卡。
這次，將進入WEC組織的月球基地，並徹底摧毀它，Origin公司製作了全新的十個任務重新繪製了各個場景，並將AI大大加强，你將面對的，是更加狡詐的敵人，他們同樣具有敏捷的身手和高超的能力（如變形、隱身）。
為了幫助你完成艱巨的任務，遊戲中特別提供了多達19種武器，配以不同的殺傷效果，有的甚至使人粉碎，冰凍或是熔化。 在操作上是相當的得心應手，使用滑鼠和鍵盤即可進行21種動作，滾動射擊、前撲等等已不是難事。
