铁血农夫再度出击是铁血农夫的续集，同样使用了 Build 引擎。12 个全新关卡将玩家带回被外星人围困的 Hickston 镇。新角色包括啦啦队长 Daisy Mae 和骑车手 Frank Doyle。游戏围绕着寻找 Bubba 和 Leonard 展开，同时对抗外星人和当地居民。与 Redneck Rampage 类似，游戏中存在强化系统（猪皮、牛粪、威士忌），有两个量表（Dunkometer 和 Gunkometer），每个量表分为四个部分，跟踪玩家的表现。必须击败每个怪物才能在关卡中前进。一些敌人是新的，包括 Jack O'Lope，一只超大的啮齿动物。玩家可以使用十字弓或猎枪等武器进行战斗。
