《雷諾尼都紀事》為 Falcom 於 1995 年 4 月 28 日在 PC-98 推出的《Dragon Slayer II Xanadu》十週年強化版。首發 3 片 3.5 吋 HD 軟碟（另有 5 吋版），並隨盒附贈怪物設定 Photo-CD。本作將店鋪、人物與敵人全數以 400 線 16 色重繪，並由 Falcom Sound Team jdk 重新錄製 20 首立體聲 FM／MIDI 配樂；橫向迷宮區則保留原版復古畫面。介面與圖示更新外，還追加自動裝備與更流暢的撞擊判定。後續同梱於《雷諾尼都紀事2 Remix》的 Easy Ver. 內建地圖並降低敵強度。
