劇情講述懦弱青年 席德 為贏得“鬥神大賽”與道場千金 葉月 成婚，卻在奪冠後被詛咒為「天使食」，不得不再闖煉獄迷宮。系統承襲第一作的回合制＋好感／士氣設計，必須透過 R-18 劇情與多位女角交換“精力”來維持戰力；支援自動地圖與滑鼠快捷鍵。畫面 640×400 16 色，FM 音源或 CD-DA。1995 年推出小說式資料片《鬥神都市2‐而後》與 1997 年 OVA。
