O terceiro jogo de Brandish tem o subtítulo Spirit of Balcan. O “Balcan” mencionado aqui era o mestre de Dela, o mesmo sujeito que Ares matou antes do primeiro jogo. Mas ele tem uma nova missão para eles vinda do além: explorar o reino de Fiberia. Brandish 3 é novamente muito semelhante a seus predecessores, com poucas adições perceptíveis; uma delas é o minimapa ampliado, para que você não precise apertar os olhos. Há também um novo ataque de salto, um ataque carregado e uma manobra de recuo.
A maior mudança é que há quatro personagens jogáveis. Ares está entre eles, é claro, e finalmente é possível jogar como Dela. Além disso, outros dois personagens foram adicionados.
