El juego de simulación de emperador producido por Quanwei en 1996 tiene como objetivo principal que el jugador represente la vida de un emperador y que este sea evaluado después de su muerte. El proceso de juego incluye asuntos de gobierno, asuntos militares, harén y otras situaciones que el emperador suele encontrar.
El juego en sí es muy similar a un juego de estrategia general, excepto que su objetivo no es eliminar países y unificar el mundo, sino representar la vida del emperador.
