"The Millionaire of 3 Kingdoms 2" wurde 1998 veröffentlicht. Dong Zhuo wurde als Protagonist des Spiels hinzugefügt. Verglichen mit der 1. Generation fügt die 2. Außerdem gibt es einen Freundschaftswert zwischen verschiedenen Protagonisten, und Kämpfe oder Handel wirken sich darauf aus.
