「エクスタティカ II」は、イギリスのアンドリュー・スペンサー・スタジオによって開発されたアクションアドベンチャーゲームで、前作「エクスタティカ」の続編です。
物語は、第一作の終わりから始まります。名もなき旅人である王子が、呪われた町ティリッチからエクスタティカを救出したところからです。王子はエクスタティカと共に自国に戻り、結婚を計画しますが、城が悪魔やゴブリン、人間の野蛮人によってひどく略奪され、彼の民が残虐に虐殺されていることに気づきます。彼らが城の吊り橋に到着すると、翼のある悪魔が飛び去り、王子は別の翼のある悪魔に襲われて気絶します。目を覚ますと、彼は城の枷にかけられていることに気づきます。しかし、王子は神秘的な女性の声によって活気づけられ、解放されます。その声は、彼に世界のバランスを回復するために悪の大魔術師を倒し、エクスタティカを生け贄にされる前に救出するように促します。
