《毛利元就 誓言的三箭》是光荣（现为光荣特库摩游戏）于1997年5月23日发行的一款模拟角色扮演游戏，是“英杰传系列”的第3部作品。本作与当时播出的NHK大河剧《毛利元就》同步推出，描绘了统治中国地区的战国大名毛利家的发展历程，并加入了一些虚构的情节。
本作基本上每一章节包含一场战斗，玩家需通过胜利推进剧情。与同系列后来推出的《织田信长传》不同，《织田信长传》因平衡考虑，失败时可能有剧情分支；而本作则没有这样的分支，失败即直接游戏结束。
本作的特点之一是，玩家在战斗前可以探索城下，通过与城中的人物对话推进剧情。此外，玩家还能在市集或工坊购买武器，在演习场提升武将等级，或者在酒馆收集情报等。
