《王国兴亡录II》是由光荣（现光荣特库摩游戏）于1999年发布的Windows模拟游戏。
作为光荣提出的“想象游戏”类型的第二作，尽管名字中有“II”，但本作在剧情和系统上与前作《皇家血脉》完全没有关联。游戏的箱庭内政、部队编成和单位移动等系统类似于前一年推出的《成吉思汗IV：苍狼与白鹿》，但也有不少原创内容，如以光与暗势力之争为主线的剧情、结合内政与洞窟探索的玩法，以及通过巫女的力量将四个设施升级为更高效的大型设施的独特系统。此外，玩家可以选择站在光明或黑暗阵营进行游戏，体验多样化的玩法。
