银河战国列传 EX+ 铁锁之星群
作为外传系列的第一部作品，Schwarzschild EX：铁锁星群由工画堂开发、NEC Interchannel发行，于1995年推出，平台为PC-9821系列。由于开发PC-9821专属软件存在风险，工画堂选择将其授权给其他公司进行发行。
游戏的故事背景设定在马蒂埃-阿尔泽尔星系，是一个全新的剧情设定，但其内容与Super Schwarzschild有许多相似之处。该作还在台湾和韩国发行。随后在1997年，游戏移植到Microsoft Windows 95平台，并更名为Schwarzschild EX+，新增了司令官角色及秘书角色设计的修改等内容。
