A turn-based 4X empire builder by Activision that tells its “story” through systems: the rise and management of a civilization over millennia, shaped by your expansion, diplomacy, economy, and wars. It’s a sequel to Civilization: Call to Power, but it dropped “Civilization” from the title due to licensing changes.
Build cities, push tech, negotiate or fight - then pursue one of several victory paths (conquest, permanent-alliance peace, or the Gaia Controller science route, plus score). It leans into long-term consequences with Public Works for tile improvements and a stronger focus on pollution/global effects as the timeline runs all the way to AD 2300.
