In Taiwan oft als Dream Bistro: Cabaret/Nightclub-Edition präsentiert, behält dieser Teil die vertraute Schleife "einen Betrieb fßhren, Abläufe optimieren, Ruf steigern" bei, verlagert die Fantasie aber von einem Restaurant zu einem Nachtclub-ähnlichen Betrieb. Der Fokus liegt weniger auf Kßchenmanagement und stärker auf Abläufen im Gästebereich: Personalbesetzung, Sitzplatzfluss, Umgang mit Sonderwßnschen und Planung nächtlicher Aktivitäten, bei denen eine chaotische Spitzenstunde ßber Einnahmen und Bewertung entscheiden kann.
