Schwarzschild is a war simulation game released by Kogado Studio, set in a fictional world of interstellar warfare.
Schwarzschild EX: The Chains of Stars
The first entry in the side story series, Schwarzschild EX: The Chains of Stars, was developed by Kogado and published by NEC Interchannel in 1995. It was released for the PC-9821 series. Due to the risks associated with producing PC-9821-exclusive software, Kogado opted to license the title to another company for distribution.
The game features an entirely new storyline set in the Matier-Arzale star system, although it bears significant similarities to Super Schwarzschild. It was also released in Taiwan and South Korea. Later, in 1997, it was ported to Microsoft Windows 95 under the title Schwarzschild EX+, featuring updates such as the addition of new commanders and changes to the secretary character designs.
